Chuck Kelley

Chuck Kelley brings over 35 years of IT leadership, enterprise architecture, and software development expertise to his role as Vice President of Architecture at Warner Lee. He specializes in designing scalable, high-impact solutions that drive innovation and technical excellence for clients across industries, including healthcare, financial services, telecom, consumer packaged goods, and e-commerce.

Chuck’s deep expertise spans cloud technologies, systems integration, ERP, digital transformation, and business intelligence. He has successfully led cross-functional teams to execute large-scale projects, architecting high-volume platforms, hybrid cloud environments, and on-premise solutions. His strategic guidance has also been instrumental in mergers, digital strategies, and helping businesses scale for the future.

Throughout his career, Chuck has held key leadership roles, including CIO, IT Director, Director of Applications Development, Enterprise Architect, and Infrastructure Architect, consistently delivering transformative technology solutions that enhance business performance.

Chuck has spent the last 6 years as a member of the City Council for the City of Colleyville.  He currently resides in Haslet TX with his wife and daughter, who is pursuing her Masters in Dietetics.
