Jerry Poston began his career at IBM in 1978 in Fort Worth, Texas, and spent 17 years in various management and executive roles, including Dallas Branch Manager and Worldwide Director of Service Solutions. He led a team of over 21,000, helping clients build successful IT operations globally. Jerry played a key role in IBM’s transformation from a hardware manufacturer to an enterprise solutions leader.
In 1995, he founded EBS, a hardware, software, and integration company that grew rapidly and was acquired by StaffMark, a public company expanding into tech services. As president, he drove significant growth through acquisitions and strategic partnerships before retiring to his Texas ranch.
However, his passion for business led him to establish Warner Lee Investments (WLI), initially focused on real estate and startup investments. Over time, WLI evolved into a thriving IT services firm serving Fortune 1000 companies nationwide.
Jerry resides in Southlake TX and supports nonprofit organizations, including Austin Lighthouse for the Blind, Goodwill Industries, and John Hagee Ministries.
