In 2016, she became SVP of Operations, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Under her leadership, repeat business surged, and new growth accelerated.
By 2020, Zoe’s strategic leadership earned her the role of CEO and majority owner. She successfully navigated the company through the challenges of COVID-19, ensuring continued growth. Her focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and team empowerment has been pivotal to Warner Lee’s industry leadership.
